A wool suit from the late 40's/early 50's. The fully lined jacket has a 5 button closure and a Peter Pan collar. It's fitted at the waist and the arms are tucked at the elbow. It has two decorative bows at each side. It measures 29" around the waist, the raglan sleeves are 15" from the underarm and the length is 19 1/2". The pencil skirt closes at the side with a metal zipper and button. It has a kick pleat in the back hem. It measures 24" around the waist the hips are 36" and the length is 24". The label reads, "Kennie Original" and the union label is National Coat and Suit Industry Recovery Board. Very good condition (there are faint rust spots on the front of the skirt and the bottom left corner of the jacket has broken fabric that cannot be seen when the jacket is buttoned - both seen in the last photo and reflected in the price).
