Do I need to remove the bumper or grille to install this?

No. This assembly mounts directly at the factory headlight location using existing Dakota attachment points. Access from the engine bay is all you need.

Does this come with a bulb?

Bulb is not included. You'll transfer your existing bulb from the old assembly or source a replacement separately.

Will this work if my headlight housing is cracked?

This is a complete assembly, so it replaces the entire housing. If your current one is damaged, this gives you a fresh unit ready to go.
