Does this include the bulb?

Assembly ships without bulb. You'll need to source the correct bulb type for your Regal separately and install it into the housing.

Will I need new fasteners to mount this?

Factory mounting points are already drilled in the housing. Use the existing fasteners from your original headlight if they're in good condition—no additional hardware required.

Do I need to paint or prep the housing before installation?

The assembly arrives ready to install. If you're swapping in from a damaged unit, clean the mounting area and check all brackets for damage before bolting on the new light.
