A super cool collab with a Stewart Brewing, which is where Jimmy learnt a lot of his brewing skills, the head brewer Craig flew over in Early Jan and we put 2 brews down. We both brewed the exact same beer using the same blend of Australian & UK Hops, with the only difference being local malt, Certified Sustainable Regen malt from Voyager Craft Malt. We used some super cool hops and hops not normally associated with this style including from the UK Oliciana & Harlequin as well as a mix of Galaxy & Eclipse, then fermented out with a super fruity & tropical kviek yeast strain from Ferveo Yeast. The result is really something. Expect Grapefruit, Mango & Passionfruit aromas with a nice clean and slightly sweet flavour profile. - Good Land Brewery
