The Medium Hybrid Crook Knife is designed for more advanced work and larger spoons, ladles and noggin bowls. Due to the hybrid handle it gives more leverage and control but is still useful for spoons. The main advantage of the Medium hybrid crook knife is the larger sweep to the blade that allows you to reach deeper into the project and also has a nice flatter section near the handle for smoother cuts on eating spoons and flatter curves.

Our Crook knives or Spoon knives have a curved blade with a single external bevel for the removal of material in the bowl of a spoon. They are available both left and right handed.

This crook knife is supplied with a leather blade wrap to protect the edge.
